Informational or promotional material for "show and tell"

The SIETAR Europa Congress will feature a special managed room for advertising, promotional, handout material and sample display at the congress. There will also be a TV with DVD and video playback units available to show training videos and DVDs. If needed a computer can be used to show and share digital materials, texts, etc.

Here your material may be placed and picked up or viewed by those attending the congress as they wish. You may also use the facilities to share material on computer work stations.

There will be an area featuring materials from our Congress Sponsors.

Managing handouts

SIETAR members and non-member participants are invited to place their materials, brochures, business cards, etc., in this space.

Normally materials here will be for taking away, but should you place items you want people to look at but not remove, mark them clearly "SAMPLE: DO NOT REMOVE."

Monitors will check the area regularly paying attention to the placement and orderliness of the materials and will replenish them if needed if you provide them with replacement stock. Since we will not be monitoring the table 100% of the time, sample items are displayed at your own risk.

Don't forget your flash memory to swap information and materials with other SIETAR colleagues

Both members and non-members bringing their materials with them will leave the materials at the Registration Desk, whence they will be transferred to the monitor in charge and placed in the "show and tell" space. If you are not attending the congress in person, material for display needs to be received by August 31, 2005. Presenters of Congress Papers and workshops may also put handouts from their programs in the Show & Tell space by bringing them directly to the registration desk or by sending them in advance.

There is a 50€ charge for non-SIETAR members for the placing and monitoring of material in the Show & Tell space. This service is gratis for SIETAR members and congress presenters.
