immediately. Payments of €750 or more may require a waiting period

Gala event
Our traditional end-of-congress dinner with a
sophisticated meal and entertainment.
Accompanying person
As an accompanying person, you share your accommodation
with your partner in the VVF La Bergerie and you get meals.
However, you cannot attend the congress or the
coffee-breaks. As an accompanying person, you get a specific congress
badge, so that you can easily get access to the site.
Extra days: extending your stay
To
book accommodation for extra days, please fill in your personal information
and the 'daily lodging' part of the main
congress registration form.
Reduced rate congress fee
Those needing financial
assistance may apply for a reduced rate by submitting a letter with their
application stating their financial need. Please note that if you pay
the reduced rate before having your application for the reduced rate approved
by the congress committee, you may be asked to pay the difference between
the reduced rate and the standard rate. However, if your application is
later approved, you will have nothing further to pay.

On 1 May 2005 the conference participation fee
will go up, so book early!
Prices will rise for SIETAR members as follows:

Refunds
For cancellations notified before July 25th,
a refund less 10% will be made
and before August 25th, a refund less 25% will
be made.
No refund can be made after this date.
