Portrait of Alexander Scheitza

Alexander Scheitza
Representing SIETAR Germany

 

Alexander Scheitza has been a member of the SIETAR Europa board since 2004 and a member of the SIETAR Germany board since 2003. He joined SIETAR in 1996 before attending the legendary SIETAR International congress in Munich which became a pivotal intercultural experience in his life.

Alexander holds a tertiary degree in psychology. He is founder and director of RADIUS – communication and intercultural cooperation, a training and consultancy firm based in Saarbrücken/Germany. Parallel to his training and coaching activities he has carried out academic research on intercultural competence, diversity management and the value of intercultural training programmes. He has maintained close contact with the academic world through his activities as a university lecturer and tutor in Intercultural Communication.

He is living in Saarbrücken (at the German-French border) with his common law spouse and his two children Emma (born 1999) and Juri (born 2002).
