interculturalisering o-zo? (in Dutch)
The disk contents three criteria for a multicultural organisation in the Youth Care. For each criteria we found three objectives. Together there are nine objectives that are all formulated in terms of demands. Each objective is based on a metaphor (a typical Dutch song). The disk begins with an old fashioned song that is called 'tree times three is nine, every body sings his own song' and appeals to intercultural values. The user can choose every objective in order of his own choice. Every objective begins with a song and an explanation of the metaphor and the objective and ends with an example of a tool connected to the objective.
